My Story
Hello, My Name is Kanak.
I am very thrilled to share how Choco-Fusion started and how I developed my hobby to create a fusion with chocolates and some great natural ingredients.
The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has posed grand challenges to all of us; ever since the Corona Virus has made its way to the US, people have been stressed out and disturbed every minute of their life. Indeed, unprecedented and challenging time. Most of us are battling boredom or chore duties while quarantined and isolated indoors; I was thinking to do something new; one day, while I was looking for a dessert after our meal, I realized I was bored eating cookies and ice cream and since we didn't want to go out, we preferred making our treats and snacks; and then I thought about making something sweet on my own.
If there is anyone else who loves chocolate as much as me it would be my mother, and I decided to make something special for her. I got out the ingredients and started to mix and made something unique and it came to be my very first flavor Coconut Delights! as soon as I made them I showed my friends and they were surprised to see something so new, that they asked me to make it for them, they asked if I can make some additional flavors; with some trial and errors, I learned to balance the sweetness, taste, and texture and then we got the idea of starting my very own homemade chocolate business!
